Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada is a national youth-serving organization that began in Saint John, NB, in 1900. Its goal is to work with families and other adults to offer children and youths the opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge and values they seek to become fulfilled individuals.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada is a national youth-serving organization that began in Saint John, NB, in 1900. Its goal is to work with families and other adults to offer children and youths the opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge and values they seek to become fulfilled individuals.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada serve over 200,000 children, youths and their families through a national network of 100 clubs located in 700 community service locations across Canada. Working with parents, communities and volunteers, staff provide programs in a variety of different areas, including literacy, life skills, sport and recreation, stay-in-school, substance abuse prevention and treatment, special needs and family support.

Funding comes from corporate sponsors, foundations, individuals, and the federal government.
