M. Brock Fenton

Born in 1943, Melville Brock Fenton has dedicated his life to studying bats. After receiving an MSc and a PhD in zoology from the University of Toronto, Fenton worked as a professor of biology at Carleton University, York University, and the University of Western Ontario. Fenton’s research has explored the behaviour, ecology and evolution of bats, worldwide and in Canada.
