Visitors are attracted by Iberville's impressive Roman Catholic church, local vineyards and picturesque riverside setting. Iberville and the surrounding region were hard hit by the January 1998 ice storm that slashed across eastern Ontario and southern Québec.

History Donnacona had its beginning in 1700 with the building of a paper mill at a site along the river called Fond Jacques-Cartier. A second mill was built in 1815 and a third mill, Donnacona Paper, was built in 1912.

Two large secondary industries process barley for malt and manufacture environmental storage tanks. A greenhouse comprising 2 ha for plant micropropagation, a salt mine and a poultry farm also provide employment. Its well-known slogan "New York is Big ... but this is Biggar" greets visitors as they enter the town.

This area, part of the seigneury granted to Jean-Baptiste Hertel de Rouville in 1694, was sufficiently settled at the end of the 18th century to warrant the creation of a mission church, Saint-Hilaire.

Mount Royal was part of a seigneury granted to the SULPICIAN order in the early 18th century. Separated from the growing city of Montréal by the mountain, the area remained primarily an agricultural community until the early 20th century.

Shellbrook is located near the northern edge of agricultural settlement in Saskatchewan. Its first homesteaders did not arrive until the late 19th century. Much of the land was covered by jack pine which had to be cleared before crops could be planted.

During the late 19th and early 20th centuries ranching was the primary activity in the area and from 1910 the ranchers were forced to share the land with grain farmers. In 1913 the CPR extended its line into the area and the Shaunavon site developed.

Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, NL, incorporated as a town in 1986, population 2098 (2011c), 1978 (2006c). The Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove is the result of the joining of three former communities on the outskirts of ST JOHN'S.

Victoria, NL, incorporated as a town in 1971, population 1764 (2011c), 1769 (2006c). The Town of Victoria is located near CARBONEAR on the road between Carbonear and HEART'S CONTENT.

Okotoks, Alberta, incorporated as a town in 1904, population 28 881 (2016 census), 24,511 (2011 census). The town of Okotoks is located 20 km south of Calgary.

In 1920 Summerside was established as the headquarters of the Canadian National Silver Fox Breeders' Assn.

Wadena, Sask, incorporated as a town in 1912, population 1306 (2011c), 1315 (2006c). The Town of Wadena is located about 200 km east of SASKATOON near the Quill Lakes. In the 18th century this area was the territory of the Saulteaux.

Saint-Quentin, NB, incorporated as a town in 1992, population 2095 (2011c), 2250 (2006c). The Town of Saint-Quentin is located in northern New Brunswick in the Appalachian Highlands between the RESTIGOUCHE and MIRAMICHI rivers and tributaries of the SAINT JOHN RIVER.

Naujaat, Nunavut, incorporated as a hamlet in 1978, population 1,082 (2016 census), 945 (2011 census). The hamlet of Naujaat is located on the north shore of Repulse Bay, which is on the south shore of the Rae Isthmus. For a period of time, Naujaat was known as Repulse Bay.
